The Harvest Festival service will take place at 10.30 this Sunday (16th September) and everyone is welcome.

The Harvest Gifts will be split between Genesis (tinned and dried food) and AGE (UK) Day Centres (Fresh Food).  Calling all those of us with wooden spoons, perhaps some of us could bake a cake or pie?  The day centres, providing meals for the local elderly folk would really appreciate that!  All contributions both great and small, are gratefully received by both charities.

This will be taking place on Saturday 26th May at the Baptist Church from 10am - 1pm.

There will be plenty of activities for children, including outdoor games, knock down cans, lucky dip, bouncy castle and crafts.

There will also be a BBQ, cakes, a tombola, white elephant stall and a brilliant raffle.

All profits will go to the pre-school, which is a community-run charity offering pre-school sessions for 3-5 year olds.

Entry is 50p for adults, children are free.

We will be watching the film "becoming Jane", all about the life and times of Jane Austin.

The cost of the evening will be £5.20, to cover the cost of Fish n' Chips, drinks and nibbles.

All Ladies are welcome.

We would love to hear from you and look at ways social media can be used to worship God.  Give it a go, you might be surprised!

Everyone is welcome to join us on 21st August for a Church BBQ.  The service will start as normal at 10.30 and afterwards we will have a BBQ in the Church grounds.  Please bring along a neighbour or friend as we celebrate together.
